• To complete emailed consents, anxiety and depression scales, and Biopsychosocial forms before the appointment

• About 15-30-minutes discussing your current situation, history and goals

• Overview of medication options, non-pharmacological recommendations, and psychoeducation

• Option for an Intensive Outpatient Program referral, if necessary

• Follow-ups lasting 15 to 30 minutes, every two to four weeks, or more
