You will be emailed standard forms to complete before the appointment (GAD-7, PHQ-9, Biopsychosocial form). During the appointment we will go through a psychiatric assessment, including but not limited to: complaint, history, signs and symptoms, psychiatric history, family history, work, education, medication and medical history. I am going to listen, take notes and ask clarifying questions. I will educate on medication options, non-pharmacological recommendations and utilize psychoeducation to develop a holistic treatment plan with your goals in mind. Together we can get you there!

We work with a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and others. Treatment is individualized and evidence-based, and may include medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. We prioritize education and collaboration so you can better understand your mental health and treatment options. We review the risks and benefits of each option together and adjust care as needed. Follow-up medication visits are typically scheduled monthly, or as needed, during initial periods of stabilization and then spaced out over time as symptoms improve and goals are met.
